Description: You are bidding on a set of eight 6.25” plates, presumably for salad or bread. These are in great condition with no chips or cracks. The distinctive olive-green design of decoration of Arabia Finland’s KOSMOS pattern was created by Gunvor Olin-Grönqvist and its design of form was created by Ulla Procopé. The KOSMOS pattern was launched in 1962 and manufacturing ended in 1969. Gunvor Olin-Grönqvist (1928 – 2005) was one of Finland’s leading ceramic artists in the 20th century.
